Cancelling and refunds
You pay when you book. Cancel or move your visit for free with at least 24 hours notice. Call or text Brian at (413) 429-7700.
With less than 24 hours notice, or if no one can reach you at the visit, the full price of the visit is charged. If you are ill or something urgent comes up, call Brian. He will listen and use his judgment.
Cancel 24 hours ahead and you get a full refund to your card, or a new time at no cost. If Brian needs to cancel, you get a full refund or a new time.
Online Recovery Consultation: full refund with 24 hours notice. After that, or if you miss the call, the $100 is not refunded.
4 and 6 session programs: all times are chosen when you sign up, and each can be moved for free with 24 hours notice. Full refund before the first visit. After that, visits already held are charged at $350 each and the rest is returned.
